Ο Αντώνης Μπερής , Καθηγητής στο Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department,  University of Delaware και απόφοιτoς της Σχολής μας (1980), έλαβε το Bingham Medal of the Society of Rheology για το έτος 2025.  “…  for the development of a new systematic approach to apply nonequilibrium thermodynamics to the modeling of complex fluid flow with applications to viscoelasticity and liquid crystals; for the stability analysis of viscoelastic flows and the first direct numerical simulations of polymer-induced drag reduction; for modeling thixotropy and blood rheology”.
